March 2013 Banlist confirmed!

So, this is my first post, and this will be of the next format, and an analysis on it.

   So far, I'm loving this format, and i can't wait for it. Black Wings will get Kalut back, and Lumina coming back to three as well (I'm a lightlord player btw) anyhow, Sangan is banned, so we are all going to cry over it, amirite? Also, for all of you windup playaz, your deck is pretty much useless, as your carrier zenmighty is banned, and also, magician is limited. DAMN, windups is DEAD!

   I also like the return of Shien's Smoke Signal, making me get screwed over at locals even more now. Another thing is that Advanced Ritual Art is at two now, so, yippe! Gishkis won't need it anyways! Spore is back to three, making plants good again, and Solemn Warning only at one? YES!!!! I feel as if Exodia and burn players are butthurt over the fact that One day is now at one. Forgot to mention that Mind crush is back to three, so even more yippe.
